These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of remiX (“we”, “our”, or “the Service”), including the Chrome extension and related web services.

By accessing or using remiX, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

remiX is a productivity tool that helps users rewrite and adapt publicly available text content on X to create original posts more efficiently.

All actions performed by remiX are user-initiated.

The Service does not automatically post content or act on your behalf without your approval.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use remiX.

By using the Service, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Access

To use certain features of remiX, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information

• Maintain the security of your login credentials

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes

We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use remiX to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Violate the terms or policies of X or other platforms

• Misrepresent rewritten content as originating from others without modification

• Engage in spam, harassment, or deceptive practices

• Attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or interfere with the Service

You are solely responsible for the content you choose to publish.

5. Content Responsibility

remiX rewrites text based on content you select and submit.

• We do not verify the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of rewritten content

• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before posting

• You retain responsibility for how rewritten content is used or published

remiX does not claim ownership of your content.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

remiX may offer free and paid subscription plans.

For paid plans:

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis

• Payments are processed by Stripe

• Subscription details, pricing, and limits are shown at the time of purchase

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

7. Usage Limits

Free and paid plans may include usage limits.

You agree not to attempt to bypass or abuse usage limits.

We reserve the right to enforce limits or suspend accounts that violate them.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep remiX available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Service may be modified, updated, or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

9. Third-Party Services

remiX integrates with third-party services including:

• Supabase (authentication)

• Stripe (payments)

• AI service providers (text rewriting)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to remiX if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Abuse the Service

• Use the Service in a way that creates legal or operational risk

You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy of rewritten content

• Suitability of the Service for your specific needs

• Outcomes or performance on third-party platforms

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• remiX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the previous 12 months

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
